In Nepal's political landscape, there has been much debate over the KP Oli-led government's ban on the Biplab-led Communist Party of Nepal. There have also been protests within the parliamentary party over the ban. Not only have that, but senior leaders of the government-led party also been protesting against the ban.

However, the KP government is still in a frenzy. He is pretending that no one's advice and suggestions and protests have made any difference. The arrogance of a two-thirds majority in the parliamentary elections is driving him crazy. The only reason for the ban on the CPN is rumored to be bombing, extortion, and criminal activity. Since the formation of the government on February 15, 2018, they have been increasing the arrests of CPN leaders and cadres by rejecting the provisions of the constitution which have been called the best in the world. The talks started after the arrest of Sudarshan, a member of the Standing Committee, along with around 400 people and cadres including 11 central leaders from Uma Bhujel. The KP government was disturbed by the phased movement of the party, human rights activists, legal practitioners, and political initiatives and was forced to release all the leaders and cadres. The government had spread rumors that it had created an environment for talks. He has linked the release of CPN cadres to the talks. Therefore, by talking about negotiations in an abstract way, confusion was spread. In fact, his inner motive was a strategy to suppress the CPN. This conspiracy of the KP government was confirmed as seen from his actions in a few days. His government continued to increase arrests. Suddenly, on March 12, KP Oli convened a cabinet meeting at his residence and asked Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa to bring a proposal to ban the activities of the CPN. The proposal was passed by the cabinet at the behest of the Prime Minister. Immediately after that, the Ministry of Home Affairs has deployed security forces in all the districts of the country and launched a search and arrest operation like People's War era's genocidal Romeo, Kilo Sera Two.

At the same time, another conspiracy by the government came to light after the government placed a bill in the pigeon hole that will allow the prime minister to operate the army directly. The KP Oli government, which wants to secure the right to mobilize the army by passing a bill in the parliament, has already placed the main organs of the security forces under its control. Not only that, but he has also kept the court under his control. In the parliamentary system, the independent judiciary has been rumored by the parliamentary parties. Also, this independent judiciary has been described as a beautiful aspect of democracy. But with the appointment of the chief justice, KP has also lost its drama of independent judiciary. A few days ago, the Supreme Court rejected the habeas corpus writ of Raju Karki, president of All Nepal Peasants Association (Revolutionary) and Kedar Khatiwada, a former student leader.

These facts prove that the KP Oli government and the current parliamentary system are becoming very fascist. Why is it that the so-called Communist government is doing this by rejecting the provisions of its own law and constitution? Why is this government becoming fascist day by day? Is this the brainchild of KP Oli himself? Or is it the result of someone else's creation? For some time now, Nepal seems to be in the US strategy. A few months ago, KP's Foreign Minister Pradip Gyawali visited the United States of America. He also agreed on 19 points. Of these, two points have a strategic impact not only for Nepal but also for the South Asian region. It includes points based on the Indo-Pacific strategy and recognition of the blockade imposed on the Korean Peninsula upon the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Due to these facts, the US has started using Nepali land as a playground for its plan to encircle China and sway the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. A suitable front for that is the so-called Communist government and it's Prime Minister, KP Oli. It is understood that KP Oli has planned to eliminate the CPN which was on the path of revolution and then to use the Hague card on Prachanda who led the people's war yesterday. But he has the illusion that the United States will protect him because he is anti-Maoist. Without considering these facts and figures, he has followed the whims of dollar-fed advisers. Therefore, the recent ban on the CPN (Maoist) by the government is not limited to the ban imposed on it, but also indicates the entry of superpowers into the overall politics of South Asia and that Nepal is becoming its battleground.
